Dr. Konigsberg, You have hit the nail directly on the head as it relates to the way health care is currently administered and delivered in North America. Hopefully, over time there will be more and more healthcare providers who are courageous enough and willing to reconsider their calling; people who will be prepared to do what is necessary to focus on health and wellness instead of sickness and disease. Many things will need to be changed. My questions are as follows: Do we begin with the government who make the laws? How can we change the way "medicine " is taught in medical schools? Will the College of Physicians and Surgeons ever get past the status quo of doing things the same way they have been done for centuries?
