| Utilizing Humor for Better Mental Health |
|
Being diagnosed as Bipolar isn't fun, yet humor has helped me to deal with and survive the traumatic head injury (and subsequent brain surgery) which led to the diagnosis. Working in the Mental Health Field, as a Peer Specialist, one group I lead focuses on the benefits of comedy and laughter. Thank you for your input on such - please let me know of any more info you can provide concerning humor as a life enabler. Many thanx!
