Dear Dr. Young
Thank you for this detailed article with references, plus your recommendations. This is greatly needed in Canada and all the provinces. Too much emphasis is placed on prescription drugs, including OTC, and not enough on natural, non-drug approaches to good health and healthcare. Health Canada seems to have lost its way, looking after Big Pharma rather than the consumer/patient/taxpayer. I am very interested in "patient empowerment" and will pass this on to friends, family and organizations. Thanks again for your work and your approach.
