As a Naturopathic Doctor one of the hardest things in the world to do is help people to understand that their health is an investment too. The way our insurance system is structured, integrative medicine is largely an out-of-pocket expense, but don't wait for your insurance to cover you. Make sure you invest in your health now and help yourself stay happier and healthier with better quality of life as you age. Thanks so much for the great post - The more people who understand this, the more likely it is that insurance starts to cover alternatives.
