T om Rogers is an Investment Advisor with Beacon Securities Limited rendering design and guidance of investment portfolios to provide income with growth for elders and professionals. Separately, as an Independent Insurance Agent he provides protection as clients may require with life, health, disability, critical illness and long term care policies. University studies of economics, philosophy, core business subjects of accounting, marketing, finance and others comprised Tom’s Bachelor of Arts degree from Montreal’s Concordia University.
Tom's Career began with Royal Bank of Canada progressing to branch administration and District Personnel. Rated within top 5% of male employees by relating well, developing good interactive work habits and innovation. Tom entered mutual fund industry encompassing marketing, research analysis, managing two funds and became president of each responsible for total operation including their eventual merger. He transitioned to his current role of over 25 years embodying the most satisfying aspects of his past - the pursuit of investment knowledge, including skill in trend analysis, together with one-on-one service to individuals that he enjoyed so much during his banking days.
