Beautiful piece Ashton. I think the challenge is how do we create the circumstances in which people can reflect. In my experience the best way to do this is through: patient listening, non-judgmental questions and authentic curiosity. To truly 'not know' the answer while asking someone a question invites a collaborative approach. I have found that this approach helps people to feel safe so that problems and issues can be explored and reflected on together. A truly rewarding experience!
