Shelley Lillie

helley Lillie RN, CHPCN(C) Shelley is the supportive care and palliative nurse specialist with the Upper Grand Family Health Team (UGFHT) in Fergus, Ontario. Shelley is currently completing her Bachelor of Science program at Ryerson University and she has obtained her Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Nurse Certification. She has both acute care and community palliative care experience.  She has a keen interest in supporting patients living with chronic pain. Shelley works together with an interprofessional team at the Upper Grand FHT in the delivery of palliative care and the development of community programs.
