renda Lambert is Vice President of Patient Services and Chief Nursing Officer for St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital where she is responsible for all aspects of Patient Care within the organization. She has been a member of the Leadership team at the hospital in various roles since 2000. Prior to her joining St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, she spent approximately 18 years as a front-line Emergency Room nurse and educator.
