Len Goodman

Len Goodman joined the Centre for Security Science (CSS) in July 2007. He was recruited to DRDC in 1989 after completing his Ph. D (Clinical/Exercise Physiology – cardiovascular) at the University of British Columbia and his post-doctoral studies at Queen’s University.

en Goodman joined the Centre for Security Science (CSS) in July 2007. He was recruited to DRDC in 1989 after completing his Ph.D (Clinical/Exercise Physiology – cardiovascular) at the University of British Columbia and his post-doctoral studies at Queen’s University.

For the first 12 years of his career as a defence scientist, he supported the Air Force through aerospace life support S and T (high altitude and acceleration protection). He also served as Head of this section between 2002 and 2005. In 2005, he accepted an assignment in the Directorate, S and T Policy (DSTPol) where he specialized in S and T Outlook and Foresight activities.
