Guy Caron

uy Caron is the Healthcare Campaigner for the Council of Canadians.  He obtained a Master of Economics from the Université du Québec à Montréal in February 2001 and is also a graduate of the University of Ottawa, where he completed a Bachelor of Communications in 1992. Prior to being assigned to the healthcare portfolio at the Council, Mr. Caron was the Campaigner on Canada-U.S. Relations and was the author of Crossing the Line: A Citizens’ Inquiry on Canada.
